EFTA courses are highly practical because we believe the best way to learn to make films is to make films. Through a combination of masterclasses, workshops and self-directed learning, your skills will be applied across a wide range of practical exercises.

We are incredibly proud of our inspirational role model lecturers, all of which are industry practitioners; either working in or come from a film or television background, meaning you will be taught by people who know the film and television world, inside out. By putting industry at the heart of everything we do, EFTA best equips its graduates for successful careers.

CONNECTED

At EFTA we concentrate on employability right from the start. As a student you get access to our dedicated careers advice department, EFTA NEXT STAR, we focus on ensuring you develop the skills needed to succeed in the industry. Our in-house production company, Blue Diamond Pictures, makes high-quality f films and television programmes, and offers 5 graduate internships a year, lasting three months.

OUR FACILITIES

Our ADO-EKITI campus is based within the famous city, home of renowned classic stage and tv personalities such as, JIMOH ALIU, FADEYI OLORO, FALZ, PEJU OGUNMOLA, ABAYOMI ALVIN, ODUNLADE ADEKOLA, YEMI BLAQ. Our facilities include a variety of shooting spaces, classrooms and studios. Depending on the course, students might also have access to our sound stage, screening rooms and state-of-the-art post production theatres. Our Production Facilities Team offers a range of camera, lighting and sound equipment to support student projects. Experienced industry tutors and advisors help students select the most appropriate resources across a variety of platforms, including film, television and new media.
